Long overdue, but here they are! Our pictures of the Northern coast of Northern Ireland. And aren't they beautiful?! It was our first time seeing the ocean, and I can't wait to go back. I could go into poetically describing the way the wind blew and the waves crashed and the air smelled... but that's a little too cliche, isn't it?

Above & Below: Carrick-a-Rede
At Carrick-a-Rede there is a wee rope bridge that the local fishermen of days past would have used to get to a tiny fishing isle. I, being not a fan of heights, did not cross.
Much love to you all,
Katie & Bill
That. is. awesome. I miss the ocean, the 2nd picture reminded me juuust a little bit of WA. :)The first picture has got to be the coolest thing ever! Did you jump from stone to stone?
ReplyDeleteNot quite like the Simpsons did, but yes, I did jump from stone to stone. It was a little cold that day, so the rocks were a bit slippery.
